Been featured & interviewed on BBC Radio 2 by Clare Teal, Jazz FM & BBC London. Backed the likes of BBC Jazz award winner/vocalist Ian Shaw, & soul stars Omar (mbe) & Mica Paris. Thrilled audiences at EFG London Jazz Festival. Released 3 albums. Steve Taylor was the first drummer to tribute legendary Buddy Rich at Ronnie Scott's in “To Buddy Rich & Beyond”

Steve composes originals and writes arrangements of brand new music, including takes on artists such as Gil Scott Heron, Beady Belle, Zero 7, Koop and Dianne Reeves. While also bringing to life incredible masterpieces such as iconic 'West Side Story Medley' (Buddy Rich), 'Caravan' (Whiplash film / Ellington) that all leave audiences in awe!
